Hiya not sure if this has been up here before but I am wondering how many people have had terrible service from virgin media?
I was a telewest customer for 10 years and they were fine but since they have changed to virgin media I have had noting but trouble, loss of service, billing errors, and downright laziness by customer service. I have written letters of complaint and only got 1 reply which was full of spelling and grammatical errors and didnt even address my concerns. Still awaiting replies for the other 4 letters (I sent a copy of the one to Vigin management ltd - for the attention of Richard Branson I have recieved an acknowledgement slip for that letter)
I am hopefully getting BT reconnected in the next month or so and then I can go to sky.
It seems most of the people I speak to have had problems with virgin media. |

I have to say I was hopeful that Virgin would bring improvements to NTL. In some ways they have but the customer service is abysmal and should really be available much longer hours.
I was supportive of the problem they faced with regard to Sky one etc but I really would have thought a company headed by Richard Branson would have a much greater ephasis on customer service.
Apathy has prevented me switching to sky and BT but they are tredding a thin line. |

I left Telewest about ten years ago because of bad billing and went back to BT. Now in the last two months I have gone with Virgin Media and I wish that I had not left BT. I have only had two bills and they were both wrong I phoned them up and they did put it right, but from now on I will keep a record of all the calls that I make. |

im with VM and i hate them customer service is rubbish and was befor with ntl i wish i got out when they offered us the chance to, without us having to pay any charges for terminating our contract |

I'm with VM and I've had no problems, they have even upgraded me for free to the top package. i have also had no problems with the customer service all the people i have spoken to have been very helpful and are not pretending to be English because they were actually English not like most call centres. |

I was with NTL for years and no problem, but these load of idiots!! takes 40 mins to actually speak to someone, then they still get it wrong
amazes me though if you ring and act as if you want to become a new customer they answer within mins! so they are good at getting new customers BUT MR BRANSTON PICKLE WHAT ABOUT LOOKING AFTER THE CUSTOMERS YOU ALRADY GOT!!! |
