Get rid of Walmart period!
The employees are rude
It's always crowded
They move there products around all the time (marketing technic)
The CD/DVD section is unorganized
Customer service policies need to be changed
Needs more lines open on paydays, and week-ends
Just close it down. |

I would have more registers open. I would kick out parents who didn't control their children. Any child left unattended would be taken to customer service and kept there until the parents were done shopping, since they obviously can't control them. Hey, better yet! A daycare inside Wal-Mart so you don't have to deal with all those brats in the store. As for food I think I would like to see Taco Bell or Pizza Hut. As for parking, it's okay. It's great exercise to have to walk from the back of the parking lot. It would be cool though if you could just call them and tell them what you wanted and them have it waiting when you got there. Also they should have a wider range of clothing sizes. A bigger book section, people who know their departments. Don't you hate it when you go there and see someone putting up stock in lets say the book department and you ask if they have a certain book and they have no idea?!?! Also applying on that computer takes forever! When I worked there a few years ago you called this number and they asked you a bunch of questions. It was so much easier. |

I would keep it going 24 hours a day. I would also have all the registers open at once. Oh yeah, I would have people apply to work there online cuz I doubt if anyone really wants to sit at that little computer for that long. |

I just want to park and call their phone number and tell them my customer number and they will send everything to my car (I previously bought everything over the Internet)
I mean, the entire pickup process should last 5 minutes or less. |

the only thing i would change is that all their products they sell say made in the usa instead of everywhere overseas. everything else they seem to take over, so i don't need to make suggestions. well, ethics would be a good change too, but unlikely to happen just like buying american made. |
