Wal Mart could be sued for false advertisement no?
I work at Wal Mart and they post up signs that say something like "We are now hiring! Come work in a fun work enviroment" keyword they use their is fun. Can anyone here who works at wal mart think of any reason to use the word fun in relation to it? Additional Details Haha lol no i wasnt serious about suing them lol. If you don't like your job you should find another!! Work is work - not play time. Plus, it's retail. You have to deal with the public all day which can be difficult. But, if you have the attitude that your job sucks, then you're gonna have a lot of crappy days. I know people that work at Disneyland "The happiest place on earth" and they complain

how could you ever prove it isn't a fun place to work? For everybody that says it isn't fun, they'll have someone who says it is.
I'd also imagine wal mart has a little more money than you. So I don't think you would get very far trying to sue them on such an insignificant point.

No - Fun is in the eyes of the beholder - management may claim it's a fun work environment, and some of the workers may agree. Some of them won't. It's more of a perception of each of the people working there - what's fun and what's not.

they have the write to advertise, and that kind of issue in the court will not last, you would just lose money, and i don't understand why you would want to sue your company, it not anything big like broke you arm.
