First you need to make sure all your ducks are in a row, make sure you have a paper trace to how they cheated you. If you don't then don't bother fighting it. Now once you have all that done, you have to follow the chain of command. I know its hard but if you want any action then you have to do this. Ok start with your department manager, if you are the dept mgr then talk to your asst. mgr, from there if you don't get results, go up the chain as follows:
asst. mgr, co-manager, store manager, district manager, regional manager, home office personnel office ( by this point you should have gotten your issue resolved, if not then I would just speak to a lawyer and there are several that love to see walmart screw up and get caught)
