Walmart 9:30 PM November 7th, 2008

My brother, his friend, my friend, myself, and my Mom decided to do some last minute shopping after a movie. We entered the store, and departed our own ways.

After a while of shopping, my friend and I saw my brother and his friend. As we were walking we saw a male employee push my brother and my friends little brother (7 years old) and told them very rudly they had to leave.


He continued to push them and follow them to make sure they left. Although he did not get a long ways because the second he saw our Mother he stopped.

My brother and his friend were doing nothing wrong. My brother and his friend were scared and told us we had to leave.

My Mom said that was dumb, they are open 24 hours. We continued to shop, and then checked out. While doing so my Mother asked if they were closing and the clerk said No we are open all the time. My Mom told her that a employee said we had to leave. She said she didn't know why.

We left and when we returned home my Mom called Walmart and talked to the manager. The manager said he would look into it.

Thats it. No appology. Nothing.

My brother and I and my friend are 14 years old.
My friends little brother is 7 years old.

My friend and I witnessed this event. I told it as it happened.
