So last Wednesday i went shopping on wal-mart. i happened to have had an involuntary erection, and since i was wearing sweatpants u could clearly see it. So i am approached by a security guy that asks me to leave. I ask him what i have done and he tells me I am causing distress to other shoppers. So i just left. Can i sue them? |

Wal-Mart isn't a private company, it's public but that has nothing to do with it. You can certainly try to sue, a lawyer would come up with some reason I'm sure. However, you would be ill-advised to go up against the largest company in the world. Unless you're made of money that is. |

wal-mart reserves the right to remove anyone it wants from its property, for basically any reason.
you would have to prove that they removed you based on race or sex in order to have a case against them. |
