Increase self esteem to deal with rejection. Firstly, an education will improve your knowledge of the world and other people. Then find something you are interested in as in a hobby that you can do by yourself and get stuck into it. Then, you'll have lots to share and people can't possibly reject you and if they do, they are just jealous.
