Nothing, except for the 'fancy' salaries and perks that they offer even freshers - which would no longer seem so, in a couple of years ! Where it comes in handy, is in the opportunities that it generates for middle-class persons - to raise their own standing in the social ladder, by proclaiming where they work !
...Most of the talk about 'corporate culture' that most of the MNC employees keep bragging about is just a lot of hot air : Boot lickers get the 'thumbs-up', while those who dare exhibit any originality are unceremoniously booted out ! |

It is often assumed that an MNC has sound business practices and efficient managent and one can learn the most in an MNC. But please dont think that they are perfect and all MNC's are great places to work. A small family business or a big local company may well be as good. It depends on what your work profile is and how soon you may get noticed and advance your career. |
