A new company bought out the company was working for. I loved my job before the new company. I left because I was over worked (70 or more hrs. per week). I was a store manager, salary of course. The company felt salaried employees need to as many hours as it takes to get the job done. Meanwhile they were cutting my assistant managers hours and regular employee hours. I just had to keep working more, with no days off for months on end, last minute changes in schedules, overnights with last minute notice. I was extremely tired. How do I answer question this with a with a positive answer?

I've found another job, part-time. I've interviewed once already for a promotion, but didn't get it. Now the position is open again. I was already told by the interviewer that I give didn't the right answers to the questions during the last interview. I love my new job, but need full time employment.
