Wal-Mart does not own the suppliers you're ranting about, they are simply their best customers.
If you dislike Wal-Mart's purchasing policies, you are welcome to buy only union made goods from American suppliers.
somewhere else, of course, since Wal-Mart's average customer can't afford the prices that have to be charged for those goods.

btw, Boeing would sell a lot fewer aircraft if China, et.al. weren't able to buy any because you won't buy their products. And those Boeing aircraft represent a lot of very well paid union jobs. |

Wal-marts sweat shops? What are you talking about?
You make it seem like Wal-mart is the only retail organization that uses cheap labor. I would be willing to contend the vast majority of "designer" clothing is made overseas. Go into any designer mall and look at tags. Most of the stuff is made in china, with a name brand stuck on it.
The only way you can say you don't support sweat shops, is by buying 100% made in the U.S.A products. good luck finding that.
Wal-mart isn't a bad company like most people contend. |

Since Mr. Walton passed away the place has went to hell in a hand basket!! They no longer care about the policies the store employees tell you about. They go back on their promises they give you in the store even though they have your sale documented. They shirk their responsibilities to the customer. They hire people who don't know what they're doing and when they screw something up they leave all the costs on the customer. I can strongly suggest that if you plan on going to a wal-mart to have their premium plus pkg. done on your vehicle, don't do it !!!!! |
