Yeah I think it's not the best store personally, mine is always dirty and people really don't care what they are doing, like the cashregister people, and just the shoppers in generel, like the people just knock over something on accident and don't pick it up...Well, i don't think there is a way of making walmart any better so, we'll all just have to deal with it lol |

they tear down ma and pop stores. The kind that you cant find anywhere else in the nation, by having lower prices everyone wants to go there (ofcourse) so the ma and pop stores lose customers and cant pay for there food, supplies, etc. Wal-Mart underpays there workers. The workers work over time and dont get money for illness coverage. They get almost all of there products from over seas. The people working over seas get payed lower than minimun wage because thats the only work they can get. you may not agree with this move but I will be happy that it might help you on your question. |

they need to take care of their employees better and their customers
i am talking about the workers at their stores that get paid $6.50 and hour while they sit in their big offices and collect all the profits

Wal-Mart is only good for buying certain things maybe like personal stuff such as deodorant,shampoo dog food, etc.... Wal-Mart has crappy clothes. They will shrink to half the size the 1st time they are washed and their food prices are outrageous. You hardly ever meet a friendly employee. We had a fund raiser and talked to the manager at our local Wal-Mart and they gave us $20.00. How crappy is that? Wal-Mart has plenty of money and that is all they donated and it took us a week to get that. Needless to say I am not a big Wal-Mart fan. |

I think the products and prices are great. I hear they aren't very good to their employees, but people choose to work there. They are not forced to do so. I do wish the lines were shorter and the employees were more helpful. I worked in retail for many years and we learned that the customer comes first. I have always believed that and still follow it today, even in library work. |

I love Wal-Mart but, I hate the crowds of people up your butt the whole time you're there and the huge lines. If Wal-Mart was as empty as it is at 4:00a.m. in the morning then I would have no problem at all with Wal-Mart. |

THE EMPLOYEES DONT SPEAK ENGLISH (in the USA). Also, the products are never on the shelf, but on the floor and the ones that are on the shelf are scattered, upside down, etc. I dont like going there. It is also badly lit. |
