You'll be forced to move into a suitable place, most likely an apartment thats cheap. Your business will be taken from you, or they'll draw out a huge sum of your profit. They'll still take money from your paychecks or incomes. Your business won't collapse, just hurt a lot. Bankruptcy is for anyone too. |

you do not need to have a normal job to file bankruptcy, but you need to be able to prove your last six months of income. As long as you keep good records and have been filing your taxes you shouldn't be encumbered from filing. How it impacts your business depends on if you are incorporated, an llc or just a sole proprietorship. Whoever you decide to consult for your bankruptcy should be able to explain how this will impact your business. |

if your willing to deal in cash only, able to do without bank loans and credit from your suppliers then go for bankruptcy, other wise, avoid bankruptcy if at all possible |

I have personally been in bankruptcy and it's no fun it can make things alot worse and yes it can affect your business you should try consolidateting your debt or do a part nine agreement which is a better choice.Bankruptcy is for about seven years so you should think about all your choices first |
