None, when oil is refined there is no way one can tell where it came from. If customers want the oil companies to provide that service gas will run around $30.00 to $40.00 a gallon.

oil and refined products are a commodity.
gasoline flows through a pipeline. although movements are scheduled separately, you really can't judge which gallon came from where.
