when i became a teller, at my initial interview i was asked why i wanted the position (I wanted to get a degree in finance and thought this would be a great career choice to advance my understanding of the business), What my strengths are (great customer service, punctuality, and a fast learner), and weaknesses. Only later after you have had our training will they ask you about different aspects of the banking business.

Sadly the best question that could be asked can not be asked.
If I were a bank manager I would be compelled to ask if the person wanting the position was financially stable. Most people who are caught stealing (bank or not) tend to have trouble financially. |
