Wear the merchandise, you can wear other clothes to as long as they fit the A&F standard but nothing that obviously shows American eagle on the front of the shirt or anything exposing a brand which isn't A&F

The policy is pretty laid-back, yet they expect you to represent their brand well. This makes sense, after all, because as a model in the store you are representing A&F. They usually suggest colors to wear, but you don't ever HAVE to wear A&F clothing. As an employee, you need to be consistent with the season and A&F style. They do have some specific "grooming" issues, such as nail polish color & piercings, but that's not too out of control. Flip-flops or Chuck Taylors are usually worn in the stores. |
