I use a credit union. Credit unions are 'owned' by the members. They are non-profit, so they give you better interest on your deposit and a lower rate on loans. The only real problem is that you have to use other credit union ATMs or else you have to pay a fee, but I plan ahead well enough that I use only a few the ATMs at a few credit unions around my house.

If there is anyway that you can get into a credit union, you need to do that. Free checking, free saving and no stupid random fees that regular banks impose on you. Usually if a family member is a member of a credit union, you can get into the same one.

Bank of America =)...I love them. First of all they are nationwide and you will see them everywhere. Second of all Ive never ever had a problem with them and the online banking is so easy to use as well as balance transfers. Highly recommended!
