I know that the more laws you make you are only cutting your own throat.
But I don't understand why are the oil companys making so much in profit if they say it cost more to refine the oil?...
The ones with pre paid envolpes in asking to send money or whatever trying to sell you stuff, i just take a **** in them and put a note in saying "you send me your ****, i send you mine" ...
Can they not just leave and work somewhere else...and if there is not something else, does that not make what they have going at Walmart a pretty good thing?
I have been with the same company for 28 years and in good standings. As the matter of fact my local managemers are given me recommendation letters. My job as for fact not been eliminated but ...
or take them over for more control? Additional Details Sigh.... my point is we have only a handful of energy providers who belong to
one BIG FAT CORPORATION....
BY FAR Sunward Solar Solutions Inc
you could abbreviate it SSS or Triple S. The alliteration just works.
Saly L
the first one is more professional sounding. three S's is too much alliteration for a serious company

I don't like either. They are like tongue twisters. I would try to make it a little more simple. How about Sunward Incorporated OR Solar Solutions, Inc.?

I am sure it really depends on some variables. Two come to mind;
1)- Both the options you listed, by name alone, suggests only "solar" involvement. You may be incorporating with only one direction in mind but it is a great idea to keep all options open.
2)- It depends on where you are located. Have you determined if Inc. is the correct way to go. I only mention this because LLC's seem to be gaining popularity. It would depend on how many members there are, if you have aspirations of an IPO, how closely the company would be run, and other things. An LLC requires less paper work, does not need a board of directors, and has other advantages. There are possible disadvantages and all options would need to be checked out.
3)- Sunward Solar Incorporated seems longer than needed and very few use the entire spelling of Inc.
4)- Some may like the three S's(SSS) but I do not find it really appealing. I do prefer it to the first choice.
Not knowing the variables you might look at other options.
a)- Sunward Solutions Inc. or LLC.
b)- Sunward Solar Inc.
c)- Solar Solutions Inc. But I am sure you want to include Sunward in the title.
All of these would be SSI and not very appealing. As an LLC it would be SSL.
You could always incorporate under Sunward Inc(or LLC), or Sunward Solutions Inc. and use the company name of you choice to operate under.
