Food. People always need food. Especially if you grow a good bit of the food yourself so you can offer it cheaper.
Community entertainment... It's cheaper because you can offer it to many people at once, and it can be fantastic for community by bringing people together! Especially when there's food at the entertainment place too! CHEAP FOOD, not rip peoples wallets out of their pockets like at football games food, food with the desire please people and bring them together, while making some money on the side.
I suck at business though, I give too much away for free. Even when I was broke, the homeless would get my last quarter! Hahahaha.
