let the management know if you still want to shop there. if you don't really want to continue shopping at walmart, then just shop somewhere else. or go to another branch.

Don't they just tick you off when you go to Walmart and their employee's either don't help or they are very rude. Go up to Customer Service and tell them you don't appreciate being treated rudely by their employee's and if it doesn't change you will stop shopping there. They usually do something about that person, and sometimes you get a cool gift certificate to.

RUDENESS IS EVERY WHERE. I WOULD ,HOWEVER, REPORT THIS DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR TO MANAGEMENT. LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU ARE DISAPPOINTED IN THE EMPLOYEES BEHAVIOR THAT ALSO REFLECTS ON THEIR COMPANY. SUGGEST MAYBE SOME TRAINING FOR THE EMPLOYEE ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. I WOULD NOT WANT THEM TO FIRE THE EMPLOYEE. MOST ALWAYS IF YOU KEEP YOUR COOL YOU WILL GET RESULTS.

1. Make a formal complaint to management--make sure you get the person's name off their tag. Be prepared to fill out and sign forms if necessary.
2. Shop somewhere else. Target isn't really the only store in town.
