pharmeceutical companies are vile and corrupt and unethical on so many levels.
for example, they practice "disease management" rather than finding disease cures. disease management allows them to prolong disease and profit by treating symptoms and never curing. |

Just about every company has ethical issues of some nature and some degree. They could be as simple as choosing whether to respect certain holidays, to as complex as whether their senior management is being greedy, and some companies deal with ethics of their environmental impact. |

I would say the medical field has ethical issues. Um, for instance, take the Tuskegee syphilis study. A doctor and a nurse (with government knowlege) studied the advanced stages of syphilis in black men from Tuskegee, Alabama while pretending to treat them for the disease. They knew all along that the men were not being treated yet the doctor and nurse continued to lie to them so that they could make notes as to what the disease was doing to the men at different stages. Some of the men were studied until they died from the disease. This was a classic case in medical ethics. |
