My vote would be Alltel Communications. My husband and I had the family plan including photo messaging and text messaging. We signed the contract in November. From the very beginning our photo and text messaging would not work. My husband is a Tech for Alltel and tried everything on his side to fix the problem. We called customer service which has an automated menu that is approximately 7 minutes long. We finally got a hold of a customer service rep and was told to go to Tech support. Tech support (with just as long of an automated menu). They tried several things and said we had to go to Customer Service. We again went to cs. They tried a few things didn't work and said to go back to Tech support. Finally my husband went to a company executive in sales and service who told us he would handle it. Several days later, CS phoned and asked how they could help. We told them again, again they said to call TS. Finally in July my husband notified the BBB. Filed a complaint and canceled the extra services on our phones. One week later there was a message on our phone from Alltel Customer service saying they were checking our complaint and that we didn't have the photo messaging or the text messaging on our phones and that is why they did not work. Case closed. |

Having once worked on a consumer hotline, I can tell you that Cross Country Bank and Fairbanks Capital Corp have extremely poor customer service with a tendency to screw the consumer. You may also want to look at some of the companies that lend to people with poor credit, such as Wells Fargo and Household Finance. |

T-Mobile They do not listen to their customers or potential new clients, on what they really want to buy. They only want to sale! Then when you say your not interested they send the the phone anyway! Now try and get that bill back off your record!! |

Fiat - they never return your calls and don't try to resolve your issue. You can spend 3 hours on hold and they refuse point blank to help. My EMU broke on Punti 4 weeks after the warranty expired and despite sending a product withdrawal/defective notice, they refused to replace the unit and advised that they would upgrade to unit so that it wouldn't become defective after I had the unit replaced. Suffice to say I saw my backside but they wouldn't do anything about it. That was June last year and I'm still awaiting a call back about it!! Had to give it up as a bad job because I was really getting no where. Trading Standards tried to get them over it because I wasn't the only one it happened to but they didn't have much luck either! My advice - don't keep a Fiat for longer than 3 years! |

Argos,went to alter watch strap and was told no one was available, so i argued you could of done it in the time she was moaning that no one was available, so i went to another Argos the following day to be told the jewelry department don't work Fridays. haven't stepped in a Argos since. |

BT get my vote, after wrangling with a bill with them and spending almost 40 minutes trying to explain the situation to them, and getting transfered 6 times to different people, they started to do my nut in, I started to get irate, and was at the stage i was going to hang up, one woman told me to calm down and please dont get angry. I said I wouldnt be angry if you would listen to me, and tried to explain the problem and SHE hung up on me. Eventually after weeks of phoning them and trying to get the bill problem resolved, we moved Providers. |
