What do I do now that my package wasn't delivered?
I ordered a Digital Frame from Amazon.com and they e-mail me the tracking #. I've been tracking the item from FedEx.com since I ordered it. Everything was fine until it said the item was delivered to me! I never received anything. What do I do now? This was suppose to be a Christmas gift and now I'm worried! Please can someone tell me what to do ASAP.
complain to amazon. tell 'em what you just said here, let them take it from here. if they don't have a resolution by the time your credit card/bank statement arrives, dispute the charge with the bank

it could have been deliveried to your front door and someone took it.
However, my experience with FedEx is that they require someone to sign. They don't leave packages at the door unless they are told to do so.
UPS does leave packages.

Call them. They lost one of my packages this week, too- and when I called, they shipped another one- two day shipping- at no cost to me. Hopefully it will get here soon!. Go to the website- and you can either e-mail them- or call them- or have them call you. My experience with Amazon has always been good and they will probably make it right. Good luck!

Using the tracking number, call Fed Exp and request the name of the person who signed for it. If it isn't your name, then call Amazon and let them know because once they received the signature, they consider the package delivered.

Also call FedEx if they left it at your door they are liable for the cost, unfortunately this process usuall takes 30 days.
