Are there any flaws in the Starbucks Coffee Industry that you would like have changed? For example: the constant low supply of goods, the prices, etc??
I find it's basic coffee is too strong, and doesn't have the real flavor like you get in a good restaurant.
For the price you pay, the flavor should be much better.

They use low quality coffees. For instance two types their Sumatran and Guatamala Antigua are not particularly good.
These are supposed to be very good coffee beans. Starbucks does have some expensive limited time coffees which I've tried and some are quite good. This leads me to believe that they are not ignorant about good coffees but choose profit over quality.
I much prefer Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

i've never had their regular coffee...i've only had frappucinos...i love them! their prices aren't much higher than our local coffee shop, or the competitors...their fat and sugar contents are high in the frappucinos, but i don't get them very often, and when i do, they're a treat...i like that they offer fruit bowls, and other "nutritious" items at the airport...way better than crappy airline "food"

Definately the price. I LOVE the atmosphere that the cafes give us, and the selection of drinks to choose from. But they are so darn expensive!!! A grande that sets you back almost $5? Come on...with all the starbucks stores out there, there HAS to be a cheaper vareity or some way you can bring the price down...
