In the retail business, i.e., Home Depot, department store, restaurants, grocery stores, etc., where operating hours include Sunday's this is OK.
Depending on the type of business accept only if you feel comfortable. If the business is not routinely operating on Sunday's use caution for your safety and bring someone with you.

They must be having a hard time trying to find a suitable candidate. I would treat it as a good sign for you. Several years ago, I had a preliminary telephone interview on New Year's Day and I ended up getting the job two weeks later. I say go to your Sunday interview.
