If you're sure they are doing this on purpose, contact your local Department of Labor.
They love hearing about stuff like this. |

You do not say anything. You contact an attorney immediately. You want to see a labor law attorney so you can have a claim filed before the company files bankruptcy. You're probably screwed, but if you get a claim in, you may be able to get something.
Look for a new job RIGHT NOW. |

I wouldn't believe the other employee. Deliberately messing with paychecks (although hard to prove) is illegal and the threat of getting caught, and subsequent negative media would finish them as a company.
The more likely culprit is the person(s) doing the paycheck calculations.
To solve: Simply approach management with your list of people who were short changed, and repeat this step until they either "correct" or "fire" the person handling paychecks and money. |

Document everything, so that you have a nice case file, along with any witnesses (e.g., co-workers), then as a group the employees need to talk to an attorney or union representative who can send the company a threatening letter.
I bet they never mess up the supervisor's check . . . |

go find a new job. don't tell them until the last minute. they screw you, now you screw them. tell them they are unprofessional and are cheating their own company out of money. this is not how a well known company treats their employees. |
