In general, I believe the people at Wal-Mart are diverse. I have met many nice employees from every creed, religion, race, sex....... I have also met the opposite. I truly feel like these people feel they are trapped by the world. (I don't think they are.) I wonder if some of them want to work there forever or if they are willing to raise $300 to enroll in the community college. Many of the people at Wal-Mart tend to be lazy, maybe not on the job, but in their life. This is of course my opinion and a majority of them are not like this. I have had many friends who work there and unfortunately they fulfilled this stereotype. It just kills me that so many people have been given this great endless world yet would rather work for Sam. I have nothing against them on a personal level but I truly wish people would take the time to better themselves along with society. I am just glad we live in a country that has a developed economy where I never have to work for Wal-Mart if I don't want to. I like Wal-Mart but I know there are other things for me to do and other experiences to gain. I hate to say this but the answer to both of your questions is yes to a point. There are lots of great yet lazy people at Wal-Mart. |

Anyone that has a job weather they are motivated to do it or not, get up and go to work, good or bad people. So people that work at Wal Mart are people that get up and go to work, better than getting up and doing nothing but stealing to pay the bills. |
