It's freakin' disgusting, especially when things like HP Sauce etc have already gone a similar way. Why won't staff stand up for themselves and protest? |

The same reason as the USA is sending businesses to Mexico and China. Cheap Labor. |

We need to move to Poland |

Lol yer maybe we should move over there seeing as though most of the poles are living here. |

Thats the way its going, outsource for cheap labour and more profits. |

Well....I'm hoping that the HUGE amount of polish imagrants in this country might see sense and move back. But to be logical, it's not going to happen. Cheap labour is key nowadays. Not sure if its a good thing for our coutry though. |

I think yet again another disgrace. All the companies only think money the more they can make the more they want. |

A lot of Polish workers are apparently planning on moving back as the working conditions and wages over there have improved a lot.
I say good luck to them - the British economy is more about technology and innovation than manufacturing now. |

but all the polish are over here! |

It's a subtle way of sending them back.
Poland is suffering a shortage in plumbers now, so they got an EEC grant to encourage migrant immigrants. |

Cadbury's is always moving positions from country to country. I think every country in the world think of this company as their own!
Who'll do the work ... probably imported 'Elbonian' labour! |

The reason is cheaper labor, and higher profit margin. This is happening all over the world, with the industrialized nations outsourcing the work, all in the name of profit. |
