As you know, TM is the short of (Trade mark); if it is written after the product name then that means this company has the only naming for that particular product and it is the innovative for it; for example: Mepha is a Swiss pharmaceutical company and it has multiple products like (Olfen lactab) you can see TM after the name Olfen and the same mark after the name lactab; that means it is the innovative for that particular name and that particular formula; no one can use the same name on other products.
