saand s | What does Walmart do with the Items returned to them by the customers? |

I'm pretty sure they put them back on the shelves if they're in good condition. |

if they are defective, they send them back to the manufacturer.
if they're not, they can put them back in the sales floor when they meet all the requirements of saleable merchandise.
if they are not in good shape they throw them away. |

It depends on why it was returned.
If someone didn't want it or it didn't fit, etc, they will put it back out on the floor to sell it.
If it was defective, they will return it to the manufacturer. |

It depends on the item and its condition. Most of it goes back to stock. |

Depends on what it is. With most of their vendors they have return policies. Most items end up back at the manufacturer who replace it at no charge. Other things are thrown out.

despite what many believe, they throw them out, they don't want people to make money off of their products by putting them in lots and selling them like zellers and whatnot does. |
