What does Walmart mean by "list 2 beneficiaries?"?
I was just hired part-time by Wal-mart. I'd like to know what Wal-mart meant by "list two beneficiaries." Do they mean list two people who would get benefits (discounts, dental, health, etc.) from my working there, or people who would get something from the company if something happened to me on the job.

I don't know. It isn't listed on the paperwork I was given.

Thanks for any help you could give me.

Doctor Deth
it means list 2 people would get proceeds from life insurance or something like that if you die - usually kids, spouse or parents

no one but you gets to use store discount

as for medical benefits - the only people hat would be eligiblr to be covered besides yourself would be spouse and/or children and it will cost YOU a lot of money to cover anyone except yourself

cainvest1
Beneficiaries are normally associated with life insurance. If you are getting life insurance as part of the benefit package you need to list who would receive the payout in the event of your death.

stevepitt2
Generally, beneficiaries would be the people who will get anything that is owed to you, or in your name if you should die.

jlf
Parties who would receive something if you die (such as life insurance).
