What does it mean when an application asks "What type of entity are you?"?
It gives me the choices

-Sole Proprietorship
-LLC

-Foreign
-Non-profit

That is really weird and I've never seen it before. I don't have a job so I don't know what I should answer. Please help.

If that's what you want, wouldn't it be better for you to work in a vet's clinic as an employee? There are tax implications if you choose to do business as either a self-employed individual or as a sole-proprietor, leave alone the requirements to keep proper accounting records, and I'm not sure you know what to do, no offence meant.
