What does the internet lack today and what would you like to see online?
The big 3 Google, Microsoft and Yahoo! are definitely doing all it takes to get everything under one roof and this has escalated into an online war.

But somewhere, something is definitely missing, the next big idea could be anything.

So what according to you is missing on the internet today?

NONAME
It makes sense to me to buy locally. Locally produced foods, locally produced items. Even neighbours who have, say, a crop of plums once a year, take them miles away to sell them.

If you look at the concept of Freecycle.org this is excellent because each town has a Freecycle site. What if every town had a buy local site in the style of Freecycle. Not one that expects you to take out a 6 month advert but an offer for sale at ex-price as one offs.

So the man who has pumpkins to sell but only at Halloween can sell them to people within his immediate location. The number of times I have bid for something on ebay to find that the item is only a few minutes away is another reason this may work. Look at how many people sell on car boots sales each week. Better for the environment, local economy and local grown food too.

Credability, so we dont have to go through due diligence before and post purchase syndrome afterwards. In other words trust.

an integrated system to pay for information and easy to use. Too much information is free and frankly it lacks quality. Paid information would at least weed out a lot of crap.

the soul. i would like it to so transparent that anything and everything kept inside vaults and bank lockers are actually seen and counted.we in india need to track the black money and the people who are responsible for generating such huge black money. if naxals are killing a few law-breakers the govt should encourage them to instill fear of atleast one honest God.
