As little as they can get away with.
High school Grad maybe 20 cents over minumum wage.
College Grad in yo are in entry level management program about $35,000 a year.
These vary some depending on the area the store is in and cost of living in that area.

I don't think education matters other than getting the job. Associates (the guys on the floor) make anywhere from $6-9 per hour, whereas the managers are salary and make around $40,000-$50,000 per year.
There are mid-range positions, like CSM and department heads, they're probably making around $10-12 per hour. |

Are you asking for a complete list of base pay rates for every position in the company? That seems a bit extreme.
They probably have quite a wide range of pay depending on what you do, from minimum wage for stockers to quite a bit for executives, so you consider being even more specific in your question. |

well i used to work there it depends on how much expirence you have in which your applyinf for but i had experiece and i was working in lawn and garden and was making 7.15 when i first started and when i left 2 years later i was making 9.75 it doesnt matter if ur a high school graduate or college graduate |
