What is PAYE salary??
What is paye salary? An agency is offering me £12.5 per hour PAYE salary including NI, means exactly how much is take home. What will be the net amount I will get per hour??

PAYE = pay as you earn

Basically, it means that you pay income tax (and NI) as you go along - your employer will deduct it from your weekly/monthly salary. This is instead of paying income tax in a lump sums a couple of times a year

Most salaried workers are PAYE earners. It is much easier!

PAYE is the income tax you will be stopped by your employer. It stands for Pay As You Earn. The amount of tax you will be stopped is dependant on your circumstances and your tax code. The NI is National Insurance which will also be deducted by the employer.
