its usually done by people within the company, so its more difficult to do from the outside as you are likely to miss bits. but in the case of amazon it might be something like -
strengths -
easy to search, cheap
weaknesses -
only people with internet access can buy, difficult to buy from if you havent got a credit or debit card
Oppertunities -
they already taken advnatage of most of these by moving into DVDs CDs Electrical goods etc. but for this analysis lets pretend they hadnt

If you need to do a SWOT report on something, you really ought to already know what SWOT means. It means Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, and that is in relation to your own company. I cannot do a SWOT report for you as you have failed to state what your business is, and anyway, you should be doing your own work. |
