Sam's Club is owned by Walmart. Boo. Costco is consistently cited for being employee-friendly , and gives its people good benefits. Happy employees make a difference. From a shopper's point of view, Costco continually gets in new stuff at good prices. |

Costco. I occasionally shop there, for groceries mainly. Electronics, furniture, appliances, those do not get my attention at all. Sams Club ? I do not go there at all. I think the electronics there are supposed to be better. Costco's sales per square foot are about 60% higher than Sams . That's a good customer review. |

I have had both memberships, and I like Sam's the best. It seems like Costco has too many things that are directed for people with big money, not the average shopper looking for a deal. |

In my experience I've found them to be very similar however I do prefer Costco. Sam's club, you may know, is owned by Walmart and I give that company enough money already...! |

Depends on what you're looking for. They both have brand names and generics. I would take a tour of both and see if you can find a lot of your favorite brands on the things that you buy. |

I've never heard of Sam's Club or went there.. Costco is pretty good for the prices since everything is sold in bulk. Yay bulk! Lol :d |

Costco. :) Sam's Club is boring...I don't know why, but it just is. But they actually have pretty much the same things, I just think Costco has a bigger variety. |

Sam's Club is cheaper. Costco has better stuff, and has the same stuff week after week. You can also get gas @ Costco. We have both Costco and Sam's Club cards and we like them both. Costco has some stuff we need, and Sam's Club saves us a few dollars on soda and dog food. |
