M/s is an abbreviation for person(s), a Mr or a Ms when the sex of the addressee is not known.

A factory or a company does not use a formal title before its name. Its entity is shown by Pty Ltd, Ltd, NL or Inc. after is registered name.
If it is a partnership, the partners initials, surnames or trading name is often used for publication or displayed as signage.

Messers

Malika
It means Messiers (fr.plural of Monsieur) Mister in English. Traditional used in the old days when companies were the names of partners. i.e. M/s Marks & Spencer or M/s Ogilvy, Benson & Mather. It is still in use today when you write about companies or address a letter to them.
