A trademark, just if you're curious... is a distinctive sign of some kind which is used by a business to uniquely identify itself and its products and services to consumers. It's basically a name, word, phrase, logo... something that distinguishes a certain thing from another.

People can also have trademarks too... like Groucho Marx's mustache or, say .... Dolly Parton's Breasts.
