LOL - Can't believe you asked this question. They are both one and the same type of legal entity.

Inc. and Corp. are the same thing.
Inc. is short for 'Incorporated'
Corp. is short for "Corporation"

There are different kinds of corporations however. A sub chapter S corporation provides you the same legal protction of a regular corporation, however you are taxed at the personal tax rate instead of the corporate tax rate.

The major advantage of incorporating is to protect yourself legally.
See an attorney and an accountant to determine which form of corporation works best for you.

Question is impossible... Suggest you read a book...

to give every single detail of each (either an LLC or corporation ) is asking to much,..

next it depends on the nature of the business among alot of other things as to which formation would be better

§eeker
inc and corp both mean incorporated. same thing

Sorry if I misinterpreted the question. In the U.K. we haveP.L.C. which means Public Limited Company. They are registered at Companies House,London and it does what it says limits your liability in case of financial disasters.
If you meant what is the best company to work for?In the U.K. one of them would be Nationwide Building Society
