I don't know exactly what your challenge is, but you normally can't fight and win in court. The best way is by getting your cause noticed and out into the public to make them aware. Companies do not want bad publicity. You also need to watch what you say. Companies can sue for slander or libel, so do not make up false information. Tell only facts that you can prove and be honest about the whole situation. It is never easy challenging the big guy. They have a lot of power as well as the financial backing to normally win. |

It would depend upon the sensitivity of the subject. if you want to hi light a company's misgivings, or injustice.then enter it to the public domain however you wish, or bring it to their attention first. if it is to discredit/cause harm to someone,then you need to be more discerning. and seek legal council.
you should research your findings,and check that what you are about to do is legal.or morally right. |
