talk to you boss or supervisor about the problem!
Chuya
That's a hard subject, because you can go to your boss but sometimes they don't do anything about it and then you get stuck with an annoying co worker and they might do it more just to teach you a lesson and get back at you. Think about it before you go talk to your boss.

Just tell your boss you're having trouble with the individual.

I would suggest talking to them about it. You might find that something you're doing is annoying to them or they might not have any idea that they are annoying you. If that doesn't work, talk to your boss. If that doesn't work, talk to HR. If that doesn't work, find another job.

It depends how annoying this person is. I had to quit my job d/t having to deal with "annoying" person. I boss didnt do a thing and not only that. I had that annoying person go through my personal files and even found out how much i was making an hour. But if yours is not that serious. GO to your boss...and see if that works if not, follow the chain in command! good luck
