What is the best way to get a response to a customer service complaint made against Walt Disney World?
I've filed a customer service complaint and have not gotten a response. I hear this is typical and wondered if anyone has had any luck in receiving a response from Disney. Any hints would be very helpful.
If you are serious about a complaint, try the folks at
http://www.consumerhelpweb.com/. They really helped me out with a retail issue recently - saved me plenty of time and anxiety!

I think they are like many companies in that you will probably get a form letter. If it's just customer service, it may not be worth the hassel of continuing to write them. If they owe you money or need to refund you, don't give up. My wife used a service she found on the web that got her a refund and an apology. It's called consumerhelpweb.com. We had to pay up front, but it's worth the $$ because it's only $30, and they refund you if they don't get an answer.

Call customer service and insist to speak to the president of the company. If they won't put you thru, get his or her mailing address and send a certified letter to his attention. Mark it personal & confidential then they should get it and it shouldn't be opened by a clerk and stuffed in a file.
