Most big company's have a employee hand book but as in life out side of work the degree of offense and frequency of things such a tardy or missing work days will be reflected back maybe verbal warning then a write up first time, Offenses that would cause immediate removal fighting, stealing, destruction of property, insubordinate without good cause.
