basically, targets r wot one fixes or for that matter someone else for u n it need to be achieved over a stipulated time with limited resources.. where as objectives purports to the aims n what is required out of a process, like e.g. the main objective of all advertisements is to improve n increase the publicity of any product n the target could be like to gain certain amount of customers by the end of the promotion at any cost.
