NONE, you could be on call. they do not have to guarantee you a certain amt of hours unless it said in the job description that it was for X hours, or "fulltime (35 hours)
but:
they legally have to pay you for 3 hours work, even if your there for 10 mins. (here anyway)

There is no minimum amount allowed, an adult worker can work from 20 mins. a week to 80 hours, it doesn't matter.
