Either they lose [ misplace ] the item you bring in. Or the person that is assigned to work on it is { did I forget to mention to you } on vacation and won't be back for two weeks.
Or they part they have order, isn't in yet [ when actually some moron forgot to order it ].
Please I never got good service from them and both me and my husband worked for them.
This all happened in Calif. Now here in Arizona it seems to be really bad. Don't even think of taking anything to them. They have no clue at all as how to fix products they sell...

My experience has always been wonderful. If it doesn't work, they either replace it or give me my money back. If it doesn't work the way I wanted it, they either replace it or give me my money back.

I have always had good experience there, matter of fact I went there yesterday for an adapter and found my friend working there! They are usually really good in service and reliability. |

Very good, I know most of the people who work there, and there is usually only one person in the store, so I usually have two people meet me at the door and help me out, whether I need it or not. |
