The restaurant I ran, we kept it clean as a pin, made friends with customers, served an honest value, made it look good, kept an interesting menu, ran specials on a regular basis and operated as if it was better than all the other restaurants in town. 14 years of college and a staff of qualified personnel will come in real handy. Don't spend money you don't have, or you may never get it back. |
