Stakeholder (i.e. employee, supplier) - The ease of working with/for the company and that it increases their own value.
Customers - How you help solve their problems and ease of billing.
Populace at Large - That the company can do all of the above with integrity. |

"admired" is so vague. If your definition of "admired" means to be liked by people, then they need to have products that appeal to consumers needs and appearances.
If your definition of "admired" is to be impressed by a company, then a company needs to have a good financial history. They need to have a good history with their consumers and being honest about what they do/sell. (not like Enron)
For example, I admire Microsoft because it is a company that I like, I like the products, they appeal to me, and personally, I like the fact that they are one of the biggest corporations in the world and that their company has $0 of debt. To me, that is a definition of a Company. |
