Some major corporations don't give a damn to their customers. You have a complaint and you write them a letter or an email. But you don't get any response for sometime. If you do get them, you are now angry for their inaction. And probably, you have changed whatever you have with them for another company.
You tried calling the office but you get busy tones always. When you get thru, you are passed from one department to another. Well, this must be karma, USA big companies going under.

They don't bleed. They are not a person so they 'wriggle' out of accountability. They can be vehicles to hide ownership and income. Corporations are not transparent..their actions and deals are "internal" and that means hidden. Even under subpoena corporations have been known to burn their records or just bury internal dealings in a box car of documents. Like, Marco Polo!
What corporations pay as income tax is the amount left after they have purchased and paid for everything they want and can...how 'bout a nice Maserati?
The use of "loss carry forward" is an appalling vehicle: Corporate officers and directors can mismanage a corporation into a bankruptcy and then turn around and use the bankrupt corporation's loss carry forward in another corporation. That is, after they have sold the "free trading" shares which were worked in at the "deal making" stage (if you are looking at a public or going public corporation).
All this takes money away from the middle class because only the sophisticated Corporate types, WallStreet types, Investment Bankers know how to "use" corporations to "get Mine first". God and Country be damed and now we are seeing the results of corporate abuse.
After you receive your first few million, where do you put the rest? Outside the US just like the "Oil" dollars..outside the US and not circulating in the US. So we have:

Investment $s gone
