CR	What questions do I ask the union organizers?

Some of my coworkers are trying to form a union within are company. (We are school bus drivers). I would like to see improvements within the company but I donâ€™t feel a union is the answer. The majority of drivers have never worked in a union. The union organizers have been coming around to are rest stops and promising us everything if we join. Tonight were having a meeting with them union reps.and I would like too know what questions too ask.

Ask to see proof of their "track record" (what improvements they can claim) at other companies that went union.

Don't go to the meeting!!! Stay out of it. Let the others put it together if it ever gets to that. Chances are they will all end up losing their jobs. There is alot of information you haven't told us. Size of the company? Is it a school district?

at some point in our country's past, Unions had a place. but now today there is not really that much of a need for them. Today unions have become political antagonists. They are mostly democrats, and they protect the jobs of their members,
no matter how crapy the worker is, and they collect union dues. They are known for violence, and intimidation, especially when you have a union member get out of line, there are people who have been known to get beaten and even killed by unions.

The one of the top reason why people don't like them because they figure that 30 or 40 bucks a money is waste.

Trully is not look at WALMART - ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE NON-UNION and they get treated like Crap, SLAVES, DIRT, LOW-LIVES.

I would go for UNION JOBS they give more rights.
